General conditions of sale
The hotel requires a confirmation mail, fax or e-mail to proceed with reservations of meals, groups and working days. No deposit or guarentee are required.
Any room reservation will require a credit card number (Visa or Mastercard only), its expiration date, and its cryptographic numbers.
Cancellation or modification up to 5 days prior the date of arrival are possible and free of charge. In case of concellation or modification up to 2 days prior the date of arrival, The hotel will carge the proveded card with 50% of the first night’s price. In case of late cancellation or no show, the hotel will charge the provided credit card with 100% of the first night’s price.
Arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. The rooms must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest.
The “low season” is from December 30 to May 31 and from October 1 to December 14. The "high season" is from June 1 to September 30.
