Our cooking chef Mayeul Robin, originally from Lyon, is passionate about gastronomy.
After various experiences in Paris, Périgord, Médoc, Savoie and Corsica, he decided to settle in Provence in order to share and highlight the terroir of our region. His love for good products makes him seek every day to highlight the richness of our territory and to offer you a menu made with our country’s finest classic dishes.
Each producer is carefully chosen to highlight the richness of the products of France and Provence. We are particularly attentive to respect the seasons and maintaining French expertise.
