The Mas d'Entremontwill be delighted to welcome you in its gourmet restaurant. The dishes on the restaurant's seasonal menu reflect the fine lifestyle of Aix-en-Provence. Our restaurant has been awarded the title 'Maître Restaurateur'.  

For more than 35 years, Chef Thierry Bongrand has crafted a cuisine that gives pride of place to fresh, seasonal produce. While working with the utmost respect for his ingredients and their flavours, he continually seeks to add new foods and culinary techniques to his creative arsenal.

Our suppliers are selected with care and we place particular importance in their approach. We only work with people who are passionate about what they do, and who strive to maintain the know-how that guarantees French culinary excellence. We favour local produce, such as rice and bull beef from La Camargue, cured meat from Mont-Ventoux, and fruit and vegetables from the Provençal orchards of Le Luberon. We also source produce from specific regions for special foods, such as foie gras from Les Landes, duckling from Les Dombes and Bresse pullets.

Entirely surrounded by bay windows, with a magnificent view of the park and aquatic garden, our covered terrace offers a pleasant place to shelter when the weather is poor. It is covered, heated and air-conditioned.

As soon as the fine weather returns, you can enjoy the outdoor terrace. In a charming setting typical of Provence, under the shade of hundred-year-old lime trees, relax among the fragrances of our local aromatic plants and the soothing sounds of the cicadas. Experience the inimitable Provençal art of living.

The hotel's cocktail bar serves a range of delicious mixes, to be enjoyed indoors or in the garden.

Seat yourself in the park and our barmen will come to offer you our gourmet menu.

Make sure you don't miss the 'Le Mas' cocktail, made with champagne, raspberry liqueur and grapefruit.

Menus and opening hours

The restaurant is open from midday to 1.45 p.m. and 7 to 9.15 p.m.

Breakfast is served every day from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m. We pay particular attention to this meal with a generous and varied self-service buffet, including rustic breads, cream cheese, organic eggs, sausages, bacon from Le Ventoux, fruit salad, home-made jams and yoghurt, fresh fruit juice, hot drinks, and more.
Breakfast is €20 per person and can be served in your room, in the dining room or on the terrace. Breakfast is also available for non-guests who would like to enjoy brunch as a family or with friends.

Our restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and Monday lunchtimes (except for Easter). 
The hotel is closed once a year from the 1st of November to the 14th of March inclusive. Only the restaurant remains open during this period, for meetings and meals for a minimum of 50 people.

Our commitment to the environment

We are aware of the fragility of the nature that surrounds us and do our utmost to reduce the environmental impact of our business.
We recycle glass, paper and packaging.

We retrieve water from wine buckets to water the garden and some of our organic waste to produce compost.
 

We use enzyme-based cleaning products that contain less toxic products.
Most of our lights use energy-saving light bulbs and the lights in our offices are switched off as much as possible.
We also group our orders in order to reduce the carbon footprint of delivery vehicles.
